Real-time coaching, while the call is still live.

Dextego joins a rep's Zoom / Meet / Teams call, listens, and whispers the next best move in under a second. I'm the founding engineer — I built the platform from an empty repo.

Full-duplex voice, not push-to-talk — server-relayed through OpenAI's Realtime API, with voice-activity detection handling turn-taking so the agent never talks over the rep or the prospect.

knowledge base

A sync layer over pgvector with two-way OAuth connectors into reps' existing docs and wikis — scoped at the folder/workspace level, so newly added docs sync automatically. The agent pulls this in as searchable context mid-call.

the problem

Reps learn the wrong lesson from lost deals weeks too late. Coaching happens after the call, from memory, if at all. Dextego moves it into the moment — but that only works if the whole loop, from spoken word to on-screen hint, stays under a second and never gets in the way.

my role

  • Architected the realtime transcript → agent → hint pipeline from scratch.
  • Built the multi-agent system with persistent memory + RAG knowledge bases.
  • Shipped billing, credits & enterprise reporting end to end.
  • Delivered a cross-platform desktop app + Chrome extension in one monorepo.

what I'd build next

Per-rep hint personalization from won/lost outcomes, and an offline eval harness so we can ship agent changes with confidence instead of vibes.

The AWS-backed backend for a social platform — auth, storage, async events, and automated content safety, owned end to end.

I built and run the infrastructure behind ALLTRUEistic's backend: Cognito for auth, S3 for media storage, SQS + EventBridge for async workflows — plus an automated moderation pipeline (built on AWS's media2cloud) that screens every photo and video for explicit/nude content before it's ever visible to another user.

the problem

A social platform needs more than API endpoints — it needs auth that scales, storage that doesn't leak private media, async processing that doesn't block requests, and a way to catch explicit or abusive content before a human ever sees it. All of that had to be built on AWS from day one.

my role

  • Integrated Cognito, S3, SQS, and EventBridge as the backend's core infrastructure.
  • Built the automated content-safety pipeline (S3 → media2cloud) that flags explicit/nude content pre-publish.
  • Owned the GraphQL schema and data layer as the platform grew.
  • Designed the background-job system powering recurring events and re-engagement.

The engineer behind the cursor

Founders bring me the messy version of an idea; I hand back something that runs in production.

Self-taught, three years deep, ten-plus products live across AI, tele-health and SaaS. I optimize for the boring wins — less risk, faster delivery, systems that don't rot.

And because I'm a bibliophile, I care as much about how it reads as how it runs.
